David J Ruffing, LEED AP
David Ruffing is a founding member of JGMA and is the Director of Technology + BIM [Building Information Modeling]. David ensures JGMA's innovative designs are fully translated into the built form through finely tailored technological processes. Originally from rural northern Ohio, David attended The Ohio State University for his under-graduate studies, ultimately receiving his Bachelor of Science in Architecture. He received his Master of Architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Additionally he studied at the Institute for Advanced Architecture of Catalonia in Barcelona during several months of travel throughout Europe. Mr. Ruffing’s award winning portfolio includes the highly acclaimed UNO Soccer Academy and the Instituto Health Sciences Career Academy. Both projects have won numerous awards including the AIA Illinois.
