New Center for Changing Lives

Humboldt Park Social Services (HPSS) has served the neediest
persons in the Logan Square & Humboldt Park communities since
1989. Its mission is to provide comprehensive support to serve,
empower and advocate for community residents who are experiencing
homelessness or housing instability so they may obtain
and maintain permanent housing. This mission is accomplished
through a variety of programming, from residential to food programs
but most importantly through their community center "Center
of Changing Lives" .
