Instituto Health Sciences Career Academy

JGMA was selected to design the interiors for Instituto Health Sciences
Career Academy High School. IHSCA which was founded
by Instituto del Progreso Latino, is a new charter high school that
will serve 600 youth from Chicago communities. IHSCA will be
the first dedicated career academy in the state of Illinois. This new
facility will also be used to consolidate existing educational programs
currently provided by Instituto.

The project is currently under construction (scheduled to be completed
in August 2011) and designed to achieve a minimum of
LEED Silver certification.
